This is the best head to head race I have enjoyed in ten years of racing. Thanks to a bonehead move by one of my fellow racers I ended up fighting for 4 laps trying to pass Race 5 with only 4 mph extra. I was not able to get it done but learned more about my inputs during a race than in any other race so far. Crappy ending to racing in 2011 but a race I will never forget. Sorry about a few expletives at the finish line….. Heat of the battle you know!
