Sport class racer and performer meet and greet 2024
Sport Air Racing Council is excited to launch it’s first official Air Racing event following the end of a 60 year era in Reno, NV. This is a historic race in that it is the first chapter in the new history book of Air Racing! We are thrilled to be welcomed by the Las Cruces community and look forward to developing this event for the future benefit of the community and the sport. Come join the air race pilots, crews and airshow performers for an up close and personal look into this exciting event. Race pilots will be recovering from their first ever Qualification run on the newly minted 8 mile course. Enjoy food and beverages provided by EAA chapter 555 while being present for the announcement of the qualifying positions achieved by each of the teams! We look forward to seeing you there!

The hangar is located at the east end of the airport so hang a right on Gasoline Alley as you approach the main airport after exiting toward the airport. Gasoline Alley accesses an east end security gate and the EAA 555 hangar is just inside that security area gate.
